This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our Instagram DM Automation application (the "Service").

A. Personal Data Provided by You

• Account Information: Name, email address, and billing information when you register for an account.
• Contact Information: Details you provide when you contact support.

B. Data Collected via Meta Platforms (Instagram)

When you connect your Instagram account to MagicDM via the Meta Graph API, we request explicit permissions to access certain data to provide our automation service:

• Profile Information: Instagram User ID, username, and profile picture.
• Messaging Data: Content of direct messages, comments, and story replies sent to your connected account, strictly for the purpose of triggering your configured automated responses.

Note: We only access data that you explicitly grant us permission to access through the Facebook/Meta Login authorization process.

3. How We Use Your Information

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Service to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Provide, operate, and maintain our Instagram DM automation services.
• Read incoming comments and messages to trigger your predefined automated replies.
• Process transactions and send related information, including confirmations and receipts.
• Respond to customer service requests and provide technical support.
• Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience.

4. Disclosure of Your Information

We highly value your privacy. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information or your audience's data to third parties.

We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations:

• Third-Party Service Providers: We may share your information with third parties that perform services for us or on our behalf, including payment processing (e.g., Stripe/Razorpay), data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, and customer service.

5. Data Storage and Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

Tokens provided by Meta are encrypted and stored securely. We do not store the plaintext content of your followers' messages beyond the temporary timeframe required to process the automated reply.

6. Data Deletion Instructions (Meta Compliance)

According to the Facebook Platform Rules, we provide a clear method for users to request the deletion of their data. You have the right to request that we delete your account and all associated personal data.

To request data deletion:

1. Send an email to digidevs1@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
2. Include the email address associated with your MagicDM account and your Instagram username.
3. We will process your request and completely remove your data, including all Meta-associated access tokens and analytics, from our servers within 7 business days.

You can also remove our app's access to your Instagram account at any time by visiting your Facebook/Instagram account settings and removing "MagicDM" from your active Business Integrations.
